I discovered, a bit to my surprise, that it seems that the normal file-
association way of starting a program doesn't pass command line args.
That is, when I do:
   > PROG arg arg arg arg arg
in a cmd prompt, it runs prog just fine, but I can't figure out a way to
find the command line args [I can do it with a .bat wrapper, of course,
but I was hoping to be able to do something like that directly]. Is
there something you can put in the file association action that'll allow
args to be passed through?
