I'll try the Western Digital 40GB HD in the system again with appropriate BIOS
support and boot the Win98 install CD just to see if I can get things going.
It seems, from what I've read in the WD docs that I should be able to boot from
their CD but my attempts haven't been successful. Maybe I'll try the Win98 boot
floppy to move to the WD CD.
Thanks, Troy, for some very good questions which I certainly will ask myself in
this troubleshooting/installation process.
