can be a BIG problem...

I also have a low opinion of almost anything RW...
CD-RW, DVD+RW, etc... I have read tons of complaints
on re-writables, and currently have 20-30 "bad" (or flaky)
Memorex 2.4x DVD+RW... (Unfortunately.)

Take my word for it [or not] but packet writing software
such as InCD [& what's that one from Roxio? ] have always been
problematic. If you were to use any of these other one apps then the disk
probably would be readable in other machines such as a new one if & when
the one you're using takes a dive. Hmm, that's reason enough for me not to
use packet writing stuff but as always YMMV.
