Thanks for the suggestions, Bernie. I just spoke with ISP Tech Support who 
explained that it is a function/chance of a large file going through a slow 
connection. At some point their Mail Server thinks the connection has been lost 
and times out. It isn't a problem with Agent but a slow/chance connection via 
dial-up. I was able to send the message/files via the ISP Web Mail service 
which only allows one attachment (so I sent two PDF files as one Zipped file).
