We looked at <http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q314876> and Click Start - Run - type in services.msc and click ok. On the right side, scroll down until you see Print Spooler and double click it. Click on Start. This was unsuccessful. We got the folowing message:
Could not start the Print Spooler service on Local Computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start. Any additional help would be welcome. Thanks, Rod Lindgren P.S. We had some email problems over the holiday. If this is a repeat, I apologize. -----Original Message----- From: Windows Home/SOHO [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of BobJohns Sent: Wednesday, June 15, 2005 11:34 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Software: Print Spooler Not running Take a look here http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q314876 or Click Start - Run - type in services.msc and click ok. On the right side, scroll down until you see Print Spooler and double click it. Click on Start. My guess is that somehow the printer drivers got corrupted. I would try doing a re-install but first check HP's site to see if they have any updated drivers for that particular printer. Bob J. Guam U.S.A.
