I hate dialogue boxes that seize focus -- far too many times [since I type [into an ssh client] a *lot*] I discover that something popped up, and with my typing I dismissed it and I haven't a clue what it was or what I just told which program to do [or not do]. Grumble!! :o)
In any event, *somehow* I have gotten audio-CDs set so that they auto- start in WMP. Up until yesterday I got a popup asking me what to do.. Now I can't get the popup to come back. I've gone into the "sounds" control panel and confirmed that *ALL* of the audio actions have "ask me every time" checked. Is there some other place where the system has "hidden" [aside from the control panel applet] that it shoud be using WMP for audio CDs? /Bernie\ -- Bernie Cosell Fantasy Farm Fibers mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Pearisburg, VA --> Too many people, too few sheep <-- -- ---------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is your picture included in the Official Win-Home List Members Profiles Page? http://www.besteffort.com/winhome/Profiles.html If not, write to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
