To be honest, I didn't mess around with it whole lot. It didn't do
what I was trying to do with it. One thing it's supposed to do is
allow you to change group membership. It gives you three options:
Standard (Power User), Restricted (Limited User), and Other. Admin
is part of Other. I set up a test account and tried to make it a
Standard user; I don't recall the error it gave me, but it didn't work.
Maybe Longhorn will address some of these issues in the Home version.
