Exactly right.  I'm stunned to learn just how much of a hatchet job MS 
did with XP/Home.  All the machinery in the operating system is still 
there, but for reasons that I cannot fathom, they have made it impossible 
[not "essentially impossible" but "actually impossible"] to take 
advantage of it.  What a poor decision, IMO, on MS's part: if anything, 
they should've made it *easier* to tighten down the system, instead of 
impossible...  Sigh.
