When Microsoft "technical evangelist" Robert Scoble complained in his blog
about being snubbed at a Texas conference, he probably didn't think he was
laying the groundwork for a truce in the long-running war over Web browser
standards.

Microsoft has for once in its relentless battle over the war of the browsers
has decliared a truce in web html, web multimedia content and web developer
standards. But the irony here is that if you are 90 percent of the market
then you are the standard.
