Update.

Ran Noton Disk Doctor - wouldn't allow to run in fix mode so just ran it
and it showed a lot of trouble with "indexes". Then ran in fix mode and it
wanted a reboot. So rebooted! Checked foles, checked indexes checked
security _ that's all Chkdsk only checked it didn't fix it as Norton
promised by finding "orphaned files and converting into folders 0000001
etc.

Still got only 2.5Gb free space out of 40 with only 18Gb of real files....

Any Ideas?
Should I run Disk Doctor in safe mode?
Is there still a DOS version of disk doctor included with systemworks?
Is there another prog I can use?
