Hi guys I think I might have found the problem but what to do about it is the problem now. C:\RECYCLER\NPROTECT has 18Gb of files. Folder and contents are "read only & hidden" understandable.... However, When I ask the system to unhide - it seems to do so and when I ask it to delete Read only it attepts to do so but takes ages and then - if I still have the window open (it has crashed a few times) and select the first file it tells me it canot find it. I get the same info when I as the system to make NPROTECT and all the files and subfolder visible and accesable. Cannot select any of the files there to delete. Any new ideas.
