FWIW, if more than one registration is required, then a "refresh" at this ^^^^
site
will generate a new number. If the web page is then saved, a new install of
Opera
(with the basic download) could receive a new registration number.
I wonder if the Opera folks are now deciding that a free browser makes more
sense
given the competition from MSIE and FF and this is a way to increase numbers
before selling the program? Hopefully their years of hard work pays.
