When I opened the message, I found that Joe had written:

It has nothing to do with Netscape.
1. Download and install the FREE version of Opera (when you
register it, the ads disappear and it becomes a regular version).
2. Open Opera
3. Click on Help
4. Click on Register
5. Enter the required info (including the number they assigned
you)
6. Viola!
