I you mean to the far right, these are active programs, that start when windows starts, do you not want them to start with windows, if so, there should be a setting in each programs configuration menu to stop this behavior.
Winpatrol will also do this. http://www.winpatrol.com/ This is not the quick launch area of the tool bar, this is the notification area and shows what programs are active, even temporarily.
