I you mean to the far right, these are active programs, that start when
windows starts, do you not want them to start with windows, if so, there
should be a setting in each programs configuration menu to stop this
behavior.

Winpatrol will also do this.

This is not the quick launch area of the tool bar, this is the notification
area and shows what programs are active, even temporarily.

No, I just want to remove them from the right-side QL area. I can get to the
programs in other ways when/if I want to use them. I've tried looking in
their Settings area for ways to remove them from QL, but so far I haven't
found anything.
