As I said before. >From Windows setup: 1. Delete all partitions. 2. Create a partition. 3. Select to install in the partition just created. 4. Choose Format with NTFS (quick) when asked.

OK, I converted a partition to NTFS and it still will not recognize it as a compatible partition. I Deleted a partition in W2000 setup screen and it comes back as an unformatted partition. It will not recognize this partition or format it. I am going around in a circle. I have a lot of files on the third partition on the disk, so I do not want to reformat the whole disk. I must have a blind spot on this issue.
