I don't understand what you're copying n pasting. If you were to use
the saved document as a template then you may not have all the
copying n pasting unless I'm missing something.
You are invoicing are you not ? I invoice via Word as well but I have
very few items to invoice as I don't really stock anything & don't
have much volume to worry about but if I did I would be using a form
that calls up items from my inventory aka POS [Point of Sale & not
the other POS]. I've actually written such software years ago but
there are many ready made applications that will do this. In the
later case there is no cutting & pasting either.
