If all fans work then .. The PSU is possibly OK floppy and CD not doing anything, including opening the drawer, then They are not getting any startup - so MOBO has probably had it
The MOBO may have taken CPU and memory with it I'd suggest that a new Motherboard is start point Then, you have to consider the cost if you cannot get a replacement motherboard that will run your CPU and memory Plus the possibility of additional cost if you get a motherboard, and find out the CPU and/or memory no longer work New PC time?
