Wayne, I am not positive but I don't ~think~ you can get this price on a renewal/transfer -- new reg only AFAIK.
Another thing to bear in mind with Yahoo is that they make it EXTREMELY difficult to transfer a registration AWAY from them. A few weeks ago I was going to transfer an existing domain from Yahoo to Go Daddy and it became such a PITA that I just let it stay with Yahoo. I have had no problems with Yahoo registration but would have second thoughts about registering a domain there I wanted to keep "forever" and might eventually want to transfer.
