On Yahoo, I can edit in those name servers, but I don't know which I need to
change.

Since I don't have a domain registration at Yahoo, I can
only advise you generically. Perhaps someone else with a
Yahoo domain registration will jump in with more detailed
instructions.

Registrars tyically give you access to a domain control panel.
Somewhere in there should be an option to change the nameservers. Replace the Yahoo nameservers with the
two nameservers that E-rice gave you.

And I don't know what to edit at e-rice and what to insert.

Again, I'm not an E-rice customer, but there should be an
email setup screen where you can create email accounts,
such as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Additionally, there should be a
place where you designate each email account to be either a
POP account or whether it forwards to another email address.
