When I click the mail the page I am browsing, it just does not do anything. Normally it used to create OE window where I could enter the address field.
I would appreciate any hints to what went wrong.

To Change your email Address for this list, send the following message:
CHANGE WIN-HOME your_old_address your_new_address
to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Note carefully that both old and new addresses are required.
