Thank Klyde.
I found the solution in KB Q306098
For some reason Registry had been damaged and it was missing dllpath.
Once I edited the registry it is working fine.
In the meantime I tried to restore my system to several days ago files
but it did not help and I do not know when exactly and how lost
the registry entry.
