It was a typo for the path. (c:\progra~1\symantec\s32evnt1.dll).
There is no sub directory \symantec in my program files directory any
longer. I downloaded regshell.exe which is supposed to unregister a
dll, but it cannot find the dll to unregister.
Any other suggestions.
