Make sure you get the "FULL Administrator" password from the old owner...
NOT the password(s) for "any or all" of the User/Administrators...
If you do not know the difference, "you need it even more"...
Hint:
Boot in safe mode and try to log on with "Administrator"
as the "user" to see if you can...
