Pete,
Do you have a proxy server set in ie or Mozilla? Unset that and see
if you can surf.

Hmmmmm....now Mozilla won't surf!
The 500m detects the home LAN but likes a neighbor's better,
apparently,
because it shows a connection to it. If that's so, why can't I reach
the
Internet with this machine???
