I am not getting messages either, and my provider is also SBC. Hmmm.
Nothing in my personal spam folder. How odd. Maybe SBC has blacklisted

I examined your subscription to this list, and it's in order.
I know your ISP (SBC Yahoo) has a Spam/Bulk email filter,
so perhaps the list messages are winding up in the online Bulk
folder. If that's the case, you may need to configure webmail
to download the Bulk folder as well as the Inbox with your
email client.
