Download MS ANTISpyware from MS

Unless, you actually want some Spyware installed - if so, then for that,
just turn off the firewall and any anti-worm, and anti-Trojan processes you
have

But that probably won't get rid of the Turbo Tax install -
It could be that the system has managed to get the MS icon attached to a
shortcut for TurboTax installer
Have you checked the properties associated with the shortcut that has the MS
icon?
