Realistically the crystal controller must be wrong frequency but does it
really matter if you connect to the net your ISP can usually give your
computer an accurate time check.

I used to have a little dos proggy that once set - time now - time same day
next week calculate the diff feed the data into prog and every time you
switch on - clock adjust - problem now is that nobody switches off unless
they have to.
