I wonder if they (any who feel they can hook up without an ISP) think a modern home with the best network of telephone communications equipment along with all wiring is enough to make a phone call if its owner is not subscribed to a telephone service provider. That makes us wonder about the issues of wi fi (those funny ads about wi fi in a coffee shop) and Version's nationwide wireless Internet Service, there is some free access, some paid and then the hackers who steal their way in for free. It would seem that wireless paid service would be easier for hackers than wired services such as telephone and dial-up Internet.
