the limited acct. Next question, is there a way to install a program in
the limited acct.?

Not that I know of. What you *can* do is right click on your internet
<>explorer Icon [in your quicklaunch bar, most likely], and select "run
as". Pick an admin acct and give its password. When IE opens, type in
the address "Control Panel"... now you'll have administrator access to
all the control stuff [including add/remove]
