Once they have your bank info they can create a bank draft and clean you
out.

Has anyone heard of a Nigerian internet scam where they don't ask for any
money, but ask for your bank info & a signature on some document. I have a
friend that has gotten a couple of these. They printed out the document that
claims that my friend is the last surviving member of someone there that has
a bunch of money that they need to give them. I have talked to my friend &
told them that this is still the same scam as the one that asks for money,
but this time with some sort of twist where she is still going to get
screwed. She has received emails from a "lawyer"
& "bank".

I was hoping some could point me to some sites that explains how these
crooks are doing this & what they plan to do with the info that they get
back.

BTW, this may not have been a "Nigerian" email but it was outside the US.

Thanks!!
