You found the SFS option.  By default it is on.  To get the security tab you
must turn it off.

Also the volume must be NTFS.

I've just done a fresh install of XP/Pro on my new computer [now that I 
have the USB, etc, drivers on it...:o)] and I *cannot* remember how to 
make the 'security' tab show up, instead of the "shared folders" model.  
I did find the "Use simple file sharing (recommended)" in the 
tools/folderoptions but still I don't have security tabs...  ???
