Bouncing is wrong unless you know for a fact that the return address
belongs to the spammer. In most instances the spam return address
is bogus or belongs to some innocent Joe.

I set Spamwatch to bounce a number of "gold" spammers and got over 2K non
deliverable bounces back.
Eventually I set a filter at my ISP to bounce everything that wasn't
actually addressed to my basic account.
