Basically - add the entries to the display, then order by each in turn -
high activity on some of these may not ( depending on the actual process
initiating the work item, or the type of work item being performed ) show as
processing for the application, or even as processing itself -
Also - expanding a pagefile can have drastic effects on system throughput -
especially if there are multiple applications requesting more memory - so
the OS is not only expanding the file, but also spending most of the time
swapping the physical memory allocation between the applications.
