Make sure Printer Sharing has been enabled.
Go to Printers and Faxes
Select Add A Printer, then next
Select A Network Printer and follow prompts.

If after this you still cannot see the Printer(s) turn off your software Firewall. If your behind a router you really don't need the software Firewall.

If you can then see your Printer(s) you can proceed from there with your Firewall settings.
