Wondering is there a place where IE keeps the data for autocomplete.
I wanted to reset all forms and user/pass entries the brute force way
:-)
Have cleared forms and passwords in IE and even disabled/enabled the
Autocomplete. Also deleted the .pwl file. I use win98.
It seems to work in some places but not others. That is in some
places it asks if I want to save user/pass on a webpage, but not in
others. In some places it asks on a second entry, but not on first.
Specifically Earthlink Webmail webpage no longer wants to store the
login data. Is it possible to block Autocomplete with html code?
Earthlink claims they are not blocking it.
