It might be  safe, but how do *I* know that?  What if your system were 
infected and generated a fake message?  What if someone else got their 
system compromised and forged an email that would look like it was from 
you?

I know... using Outlook for your email is its own reward..:o)  At the 
least, you should include the *entire* "real" URL, inside <>'s, along 
with the tiny URL, so those of us with not so problemaic email clients 
[that can repair the broken links] can choose to avoid tinyurl and see 
where we're going.
