TaskInfo has a cuple of ways "Free RAM Fast" and "Free RAM Slow" - 
not sure what the diff is.  I'm using it in trial mode.

There is a setting in reg for Conservative Swap File Use (0,1), which 
is recommenced when you have plenty of RAM.  I have that set to 1.  
Defragging may help, if your system uses swap a lot.  And especially 
if you have a "fixed" swap file, which was said to be more efficient.
