While it is expensive Acrobat 7 will do what you ask. Snagit will
save the pages as images if you like & it's much cheaper but I don't
believe that it'll load them into a single file. I suppose if one had
photo editor they could then assemble them into one file but it would
be unreadable when viewing the whole thing as one would have to zoom
in then scroll.
