Yes. The two files msvcrt80.dll is the Microsoft Visual C runtime 8.0 and the
other
coredll.dll which is the Windows CE version of the OS kernel (user32, kernel32,
ect)
which contains all of the functions for the GUI, I/O, filestreams. memory
management ect
for Windows CE.
The point here was that Norton WinDoctor couldn't resolve these missing files.
