The problem here is ESR.  See my other post.  The higher voltage caps 
have a slightly higher ESR value.

Yes thats one problem I discovered on my new Dell Laptop................
No comm ports.  And (USB Issue)  My programmer won't work through the 
USB to serial converter either !!! Doh.
