Hi Mark,

The messages I want to delete come from various mailing lists so the subject
varies. A rules based approach may have worked if the subject headers I
wanted to delete were constant.

You should be able to set a rule to delete by a particular word or phrase in
the subject field.

Subject: Deleting messages with the same subject in Microsoft Outlook 2003

Hi all,

How do I delete messages with a particular subject line in Microsoft Outlook
2003? I have them sorted by received and subject.
