Hi Jimmy and all,

I was hoping to be able to do the deletion using a single keystroke as
opposed to highlighting messages and deleting them. My scenario for this
question is as follows.
I am subscribe to a number of mailing lists. These mailing lists get
filtered into individual mailboxes. As I read these messages, there would be
certain threads that are not interesting to me so I would like to delete
those threads and carry on with reading the rest of the messages from that
mailing list.

Sort by subject, highlight, hit the delete key, or are you trying to do it
automatically?

You should be able to set a rule to delete by a particular word or phrase in
the subject field.

Hi all,

How do I delete messages with a particular subject line in Microsoft Outlook
2003? I have them sorted by received and subject.
