That's who I use for both my servers.  Never had a problem in 4 years.  But
you had better make the computer behind the router have a static address
168.192.0.2  then open port 119 and the other in-out ports and allow in-out
through your router's firewall and whatever (if any) firewall on the
computer with the server (ftp server?)

What ftp server are you using Cesar99 is easy and free and pretty good.
