You are not (they hope) going to ask such awkward questions,
nor, apparently, are you to expect a sensible, or useful answer to a query.
Nor should you expect the answer to be related to the question -
Additionally, you are expected to be able to re-install the OS, and the
Symantec product(s) and re-constitute/recover your data whenever you get a
response from the Symantec support centre.

Oh, and yes - it was the dreaded "Home Page Protection" message(s)
