There is no "Sent on behalf" but there is a "Sender" header which
shows the Gmail account. Most people would never bother looking at
headers other than the ones the email client shows by default.
The 'From' address will be the one you designated.

Gmail will honor alternate 'From' addresses, but you must register
them first. Go into your account at Gmail.com, click Settings, Accounts,
and start adding those other email addresses.
Interesting, does it still show as "sent on behalf" in the headers then, or
does it just show as coming from the alternate address with other headers
showing it came through the gmail mailservers.
