There are a couple of ways to do this, they are all registry
tweaks. Here's the one I use:
Run RegEdit
Go to Registry Key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
Modify or if it doesn't exist, Create the Value Name according to the
Value Data listed below.
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value Name: DesktopProcess
Value Data: 1
Exit Registry and Reboot
