Mixed in... Comedy is intended...
From: "Kylde"
so why did you get the Norton Suite?
Habit... I hated paying the yearly subscription fee when the entire
program can be had MUCH cheaper in these types of "deals"...
Also, think of me as taking "that one" out of circulation, and sparing
one of my neighbors the pain and suffering... <grin>
Wouldnt symantec class that as a valued sale?
I guess it counts toward their "body" count, but giving it away for free
hardly gives them much "value" they can take to the bank...
I'd rather vote against them by NOT buying OR recommending them?
I did not "buy it" (even if they can technically count it that way),
they GAVE it to me... I only paid sales tax...(and Rebate postage.)
Notice I've stoppped being an unconditional advocate of theirs?
I never had any problems of my own, mostly because I am VERY
careful about security and other things that go (or get) on my machines.
I did get tired of the EXCESSIVE amount of time I spent fixing up
other peoples machines, but/and I would classify those people as totally
computer brain dead, (so where do we place blame?...)
I did NOT want to be in the same position I was in when I liked and
used Roxio Products and sung their praises, and wondered why lots
of OTHER people were having SOOOO many problems --- UNTIL
that day, when for no reason I ever found, I BECAME one of those people...
I have been using Nero ever since... Full version owner of 5,6,7...
I now return you to the regularly scheduled message...
