If you are a real geek, you can try to make sense out of
systeminternals's pretty nice TCPView. [I'll just let you know that *I*
never can hardly]. A much better and easier to understand utility or
this kind of thing is 'Netlimiter' -- it is also freeware and, IMO, makes
it much easier to figure out what's going on:

I also use ShowTraf <http://demosten.com/showtraf/> that is a Windows
copy of Linux's TrafShow.
