Nope. Treats it like any other download.
There is no reason for my software to associate the extension with a
compressed file. If your file extension was "ODT" or similar, I have no
applications that are aware of that extension. It is not in my file type
list.

IOW, it does not identify it as a ZIP file and ask if you want to open it
with whatever you have installed as a ZIPfile handler?
