The general rule is that you should use the SMTP server belonging
to the entity providing the internet connectivity. If you don't,
you're likely to be stopped by a port 25 block.
One workaround is to send with webmail. Another is to
use an SMTP port other than "25" - if your home ISP has that
feature. A third workaround is to send with Gmail.

To Change your email Address for this list, send the following message:
